Ferguson Buick GMC - Service Center

I like your service personel but this last time was the second time this has happened and i'm pretty mad about especially when I pay good money for yall to service my vehicle but for the second time my dip second time this has happened and i'm pretty mad about especially when I pay good money for yall to service my vehicle but for the second time my dipstick was halfway out. The first time I didn't realize it for a couple of weeks this time I looked before I left and got a service guy to show him and to voice my displeasure at this. I really like yall but it makes it hard to thjink about coming back. More

Called the Service Department and setup an appointment for the following day to have my Sierra serviced. Brian Archey was my Service Advisor and he worked to get my pickup in on time and serviced. The Technician identified some service issues that needed to be corrected and suggested we perform. The completed service took between 45 - 50 minutes.
