We were not pleased with service department. Part is not available until at least July 14. I realize extenuating circumstances existed, but no loaner car was made available to us. Not acceptable. I was able to make an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated two hours prior to coming. Didn't take very long for them to complete and it was less money than going to the 5 minute oil change and tires rotated two hours prior to coming.
