Horrible customer service!! Called me a liar when they were covering for a technicians mistake!! Replaced my battery yesterday but woke up to car dead because no secure connection. We was told by our sales man that is no longer there. That our truck was bumper to bumper warranty on it for life of truck. We found out it’s a lie just to get us to buy. But we can’t get our money back on them. So we are out 940.00 dollars on a 2018 truck. More

I purchased my vehicle from Ferguson and they provided first oil change. They appeared to be very busy at the time of my appointment, however they took my vehicle in promptly and also fixed a basic recal first oil change.
