I scheduled an appointment to fix an oil pan leak. My wife’s vehicle was drained of oil by time we got it home. The next day I took it in and it was supposedly fixed. Once again, the oil was draine My wife’s vehicle was drained of oil by time we got it home. The next day I took it in and it was supposedly fixed. Once again, the oil was drained by the time she got off work. Both times I had to call a Tow Truck to take it to Ferguson Service from Choctaw, Oklahoma. After taking in for the 3rd time, she ended up buying another vehicle and trading her old vehicle in for a 2025 Yukon. For some reason, Ferguson Service could not fix the old vehicle. My Dad was a mechanic, so I guess I expect them to get it right the first time. The warranty was close to expiring, so it’s kind of suspect on it failing so quickly (Returning it Twice, after the original service. I usually don’t talk down to the Mechanics, but the person who worked on this vehicle cost us several thousand dollars. Please explain how this even makes sense? More
