Austin, this is Caleb. I worked with Ron on this deal. Thank you for your feedback its always appreciated. When Ron did the sight unseen appraisal with you we were told it had nothing wrong with it and was extremely clean. That's exactly how we bid the vehicle for you. Unfortunately upon arrival that was not the case. There wasn't just one damaged spot on the vehicle but multiple. If you were to drive hours to look at a vehicle we were selling and upon arrival it had damage that was unknown we wouldn't expect you to pay the same for ours either. Sight unseen appraisals are subject to change if the information we are given isn't accurate. We also run a Vintel OBD scan on every car, yours had multiple trouble codes which we also printed and showed to you, its not something we ask you to just take our word for, we showed the proof to you so you could see what we are seeing. Just because you don't see a check engine light doesn't mean that codes cant be affecting your vehicle that are unknown. At Ferguson we do not take out of state checks, it is simply for fraud prevention and nothing else. I apologize that you are unhappy with your experience as we do everything we can to provide a phenomenal customer experience to each and every visitor.
