I loved my truck but some physical limitations was making it extremely hard for me to climb my 5'2" self up in it. After driving several different used cars and SUVs and a couple of new Subarus and Kia's it came down to a VW Bug located at a dealership in Oklahoma City and the new 2017 Kia Soul with a turbo. I really liked the bug but the extra room & the ZooM from the turbo and I was hooked on the Kia. Kyle worked with their sister dealership to get my payments where I wanted them and a good amount for my Ram. I hated giving up the roominess, space and 4X4 of my Ram but the zoom and amenities of my new Kia Soul have me sold. I am officially a Kia Soul sister now. Thanks to Kyle and all the folks at the Fergúson line of aúto sales. Even my experience with the financing department was short and sweet. I went down there was à short wait I went back and signed the papers. There wasn't any long wait times or high pressure sales to add anything additional to the cóst of my vehicle. I was upside down in my truck loan some so I added gap insurance which I knew I wanted before I bought my new car. The option was mentioned & it was explained how much my payments would change but I was pressured to take it , only given info about it. I have to say this is the best çar buying experience I've ever had and of course I love my new Soul. Thanks guys for making this the bést car buying experience it could be. More

First of all I did some research about the dealership and talked to a sales person who's name was Joe "Giggles". My whole experience from first phone call until after I made it home was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. They are one of the biggest in Tulsa area I believe. Since I live a thousand miles away (South Carolina), Joe made sure that all my questions were answered in proper manner before i made the final decision of flying over there. He was wiling to pick me up at the airport which I highly appreciated. Then took me to the dealership in Broken Arrow to check the car. I took my time to surely go and check everything I had in my mind and surprisingly the vehicle was in very satisfactory condition. I was very happy that the trip was not a waste of my time and money as well as theirs. The Finance manager was great and the whole process was pretty quick. So I would like to thank Ferguson Superstore and their employees for a great experience and satisfaction. And big thanks to Mr. Joe Glenn for being very professional and patient.
