By sheer luck, my sales person turned out to be Kyle and he was so personable and knowledgeable. He was managing multiple customers while I was there but made sure I had my test drives lined out and checked back with me between each so that things kept moving versus having to simply hang around and wait for him. From my perspective, there was confusion around the vehicle I purchased, do to no fault of my own or Kyle's. Kyle remained in constant touch with me from the time we identified the mix-up and was a relentless advocate in ensuring I was 100% satisfied with the resolution. Not 98% satisfied, 100% satisfied. I can say unequivocally, I LOVE my Subaru Forester. More

It actually took me several months to work up the nerve to commit to buying a new car. James was initially kind and helpful but graciously stepped back when I explained I didn't think I was ready to buy. Then he dropped a text to me a couple of months later, no pressure at all, and planted just the seed of thought I needed to make the leap. I absolutely love my new Forester and can't thank him enough for his patience. Customer service at Ferguson is exemplary.
