He had things waiting for us when we got there being that we were 3 hours away. Kyle admitted when he made a slight error, but was more than ready to make up for it. He made our experience much better. He did everything in his power to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We traded in our Chevy Equinox for the Subaru Forrester and I couldn't be happier. More

He had a couple of cars pulled up for us but explained how he could get us into a "brand new" car. Once we explained to David our situation (unexpected purchase) he understood and worked hard to get us what we needed. He was successful and got us under budget and never once mentioned a brand new car again. You would have thought we were purchasing a $20K vehicle for the amount of time and energy he put into our sale. David went above and beyond (even delivering the car personally to us after service and detailing) to get us into a car. We will definitely look to David first when we are ready for the "new" car purchase. More

My experience at Ferguson was quite to the contrary. All the staff were courteous and very professional, and from the test drive to the finance session, the process was smooth and stress free. I was especially impressed with the fact that the Finance Department , after they could not take my cashiers check as my down payment because my bank had made it payable to me, allowed me to take my new car anyway, and let me mail a new check when I returned back to Arkansas. My drive home was a very very enjoyable one, mainly because of the unbelievably pleasant sales experience I had at the dealership. I definitely enjoyed talking to and interacting with Kyle. He seemed very sincere, his knowledge of the vehicle seemed extensive, his demeanor and appearance were top notch, and his professionalism was above reproach. I have no doubt he will become one of the best in his field. More
