They are not interested in selling a vehicle. After inquiring about a vehicle it took me 4 days to grt an answer from the salesman Brandon "boots." I asked for them to value my trade before I drove 2 hrs just to make sure we werent wasting each others time. After calling, texting, and emailing I finally got an answer. He said my car was worth 1/2 of what 3 other dealers had said. After I asked him why he said it had body damage *2 door dings* and since it was a manual transmission nobody would want it. When I brought up NADA and KBB he said it didnt matter what they said. I then told him I didnt have to trade to buy the vehicle I was interested in but I wasnt going to pay $1,000 over NADA Retail. He then asked me why I was contacting them and wouldnt respond to anymore communications. Maybe because I wanted to buy a vehicle?! 4 days of communication that was always initiated by me lost. Oh well. More
