Great selection of vehicles and friendly people! When I was ready to buy my new pickup, I knew exactly what I wanted and contacted 3 dealerships online. As I knew what was a reasonable price to pay; When I was ready to buy my new pickup, I knew exactly what I wanted and contacted 3 dealerships online. As I knew what was a reasonable price to pay; I had already arranged for financing through my bank. As I live in rural area of the Texas/Oklahoma panhandle, I was prepared to drive to get the best deal. From the start, when I found the pickup in each dealership's inventory, I told them what my trade in pickup was (sending them pictures when asked), the pickup in their inventory that I was interested in, and that my financing was already approved. I also was honest that I was talking to other dealers, but the 1st one that could get me to a trade of my preset amount would get my business. Ferguson was actually the furthest away for me, but Keveh Adib treated me like I was his only customer. He was able to get me to my trade amount in a very short time. So, I told him we had a deal. The other 2 dealers sales called within 5 hours and they too had reached my deal price, but I told them they were too late. Because, I had actually contacted them before I reached out to Ferguson. I reminded both of them of the terms that I had laid out from the beginning. One stated that it wasn't his fault because he had been waiting on his appraisers so he offered to reduce the sales price on the pickup so more. I told him that I had already given my word to the dealership that I was going with and my word meant everything to me. Kaven Adib earned my business with his time is of the essence approach and he didn't pay games with me about the price. I respect and appreciate the way he did business with me! More
