The sales rep was courteous, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Answered all our questions. He showed optional purchases, but did not pressure us to sign up for any extended services. The finance department was easy to deal with and, again, did not pressure for extra items. We had actually come in the previous day for brake service on our Legacy (which we ended up trading in) and were very pleased with the service department as well. That was the first mechanical failure on our 2011 Legacy ever. Clean, friendly service. More
