My experience at Ferguson was quite to the contrary. All the staff were courteous and very professional, and from the test drive to the finance session, the process was smooth and stress free. I was especially impressed with the fact that the Finance Department , after they could not take my cashiers check as my down payment because my bank had made it payable to me, allowed me to take my new car anyway, and let me mail a new check when I returned back to Arkansas. My drive home was a very very enjoyable one, mainly because of the unbelievably pleasant sales experience I had at the dealership. I definitely enjoyed talking to and interacting with Kyle. He seemed very sincere, his knowledge of the vehicle seemed extensive, his demeanor and appearance were top notch, and his professionalism was above reproach. I have no doubt he will become one of the best in his field. More

He was managing multiple customers while I was there but made sure I had my test drives lined out and checked back with me between each so that things kept moving versus having to simply hang around and wait for him. From my perspective, there was confusion around the vehicle I purchased, do to no fault of my own or Kyle's. Kyle remained in constant touch with me from the time we identified the mix-up and was a relentless advocate in ensuring I was 100% satisfied with the resolution. Not 98% satisfied, 100% satisfied. I can say unequivocally, I LOVE my Subaru Forester. More

It actually took me several months to work up the nerve to commit to buying a new car. James was initially kind and helpful but graciously stepped back when I explained I didn't think I was ready to buy. Then he dropped a text to me a couple of months later, no pressure at all, and planted just the seed of thought I needed to make the leap. I absolutely love my new Forester and can't thank him enough for his patience. Customer service at Ferguson is exemplary. James took the time to review every technical feature on my new car and has kept in touch by text to reassure me that he is always ready to answer any questions I may have.
