Extremely pleasant. Sales agent (Lauden Bisel) met me at the used car sales office the minute I drove up as I had already scheduled the appointment. He already had the vehicle I was interested in serviced and pulled up for my inspection. He seemed quite knowledgeable of the vehicles features and it's history. He reviewed with me the Car Fax on this vehicle. He was very patient and sympathetic of the reasons I wanted this particular type of vehicle. I appreciated that he did not try to push me into any particular financing plan that I did not need. He did not try to talk me out of going to see another similar vehicle at another dealer even though I risked losing this one. Later in the evening I called Lauden to say I wanted to purchase the vehicle he was offering. He placed a hold on the vehicle and we arranged a time for me to come in the next day to finalize the purchase. When I got there he had all the paperwork ready and we completed the sale in short order. He sent the car through final make ready and wash and I was ready to drive off with a smile on my face. Unbelievable Upfront Pricing, Drove in From Texas I cannot say enough good things about Salvador and the Ferguson Kia dealership. I had been shopping for a Kia Niro for the better part of a month and I cannot say enough good things about Salvador and the Ferguson Kia dealership. I had been shopping for a Kia Niro for the better part of a month and was not making much progress with Texas dealers regarding pricing. I was also considering a Subaru and came across Ferguson Superstore while doing a google search. That is when I learned that they also sell Kia. The thing that stood out the most to me was that the pricing was transparent unlike many other dealerships. I was a bit leery on making the 5 hour one way drive but Salvador assured me that the price that I saw was the price that I would pay once I arrived. I explained to him that I would be coming in the next day to purchase the car and placed a deposit down. When I arrived the car was ready to go with a full tank of fuel and had already gone through make ready. I was in and out within a few hours. From the beginning Salvador was friendly and gained my trust. I would highly recommend doing business with Salvador and Ferguson Kia.
