We were welcomed as soon as we got out of our car. The saleman was great. We were offered water or coffee upon going inside. The salesman answered our questions. When it was time to sign legals the gentleman who helped us (I dont remember his name) explained the Subaru warrenty in detail. There was no pressure in taking it out (we did though) More
