I took a few days to think about the car after test driving it while it was being put through service and detailing, and I was always made certain and notified of any update about the car throughout the process which was awesome. Once I went back to see it all spiffed up (incredibly detailed by the way), I knew it was the car for me! I feel like I not only left with a car but also with a great start to a friendship with the staff at this dealership, and I look forward to keeping my car up to date with this dealership! I will be referring my family and friends to them in the future! Because I'm a first time buyer, I was obviously very nervous and apprehensive, but Mr. Lauden Bisel and Mr. Cody Rogers made me feel very comfortable and not pressured at all! Great deal on a slightly used outback! I shopped at 12-13 dealers within 300 miles is my house . I could not find a slightly used, demo , CPO or program car in my area . I wanted a 2018 outback with low miles and loaded . Ferguson had 14 outbacks , 2 of which met my criteria . I like the fact that they are a one price dealership and easy to deal with -even over the phone . I made my deal then flew 600 miles to pick up the like new car I bought . No one in my area had even 1 used 18 outback. Ferguson had 14 on Car Gurus ! I was Treated with respect and friendliness from the first moment we made contact .This is my first Subaru but won’t be my last .
