Upon the recent loss of our first KIA in an accident, we wanted to see the new models available as well as explore any avenues towards KIA loyalty incentives. Sean Clemons met us shortly after arrival and was friendly and knowledgable. He answered all our questions without hesitation. We wanted to test two or three models for comparisons and he accommodated us in every way. Before coming to Ferguson, we had visited other KIA dealers and those were way too pushy and pressuring.
