Meaghan was fantastic to work with. Our first conversation with her was on Saturday 10 October, I had posted an interest in the truck the night before. This is first time I have purchased a vehic conversation with her was on Saturday 10 October, I had posted an interest in the truck the night before. This is first time I have purchased a vehicle sight unseen and she made the experience very comfortable and easy. She answered all my questions, even the ones I repeated several times, with confidence and professionalism. She sent pictures of the truck and worked with us to have the truck held for two weeks. I understand doing so is a bit out of the ordinary, but she made it happen. The experience at the dealership Friday (23 October) morning was enjoyable. I was expecting last minute shenanigans, but was pleasantly surprised that none occurred. Meaghan had everything in order and shepherded us through the process again with professionalism and courtesy. She first showed us our new truck, had us fill out the purchasing paperwork, handed us off to a Sue (also very courteous and professional) for financing and then gave us a lesson on how to use the truck to get us on the road.
