Colton was a great salesman. He was helpful, stayed in contact and did his best to help me. My issues came AFTER I made it to the finance department. I was given incorrect information, which prevented contact and did his best to help me. My issues came AFTER I made it to the finance department. I was given incorrect information, which prevented me from getting my car on the Friday I initially came there. However, I took delivery that Monday. The second issue came to light when it started raining last week. The back windshield wiper was broken off the car prior to me purchasing it and I didn’t realize it wasn’t on there when I took delivery. It then scratched the back window in a 1/2 moon shape. After purchasing one and installing it, it’s operable, but the window is still scratched up. There is a size-able difference with the blade on there, had I researched the car more, I would’ve noticed the blade was missing when I test drove it. But, when I test drove the car, it had 10 miles until empty, so I was a nervous wreck trying to test drive it, but not run outta gas!! Then the car had no windshield wiper fluid. Which I also clearly remedied. Lastly, I received a low ball amount on my trade in, especially compared to what they said they’d be selling it for and what it is actually listed at. I understand money must be made, but giving incorrect information to customers, is not the way to have a repeat customer. These are just a few issues I had. This was the 2nd vehicle my household has purchased through Ferguson. Sadly, it will be the last. More
