I had been to numerous dealerships all throughout June and none of them really stuck out to me. I had been getting lied to, deceived, lead on, etc. until I came to Ferguson. We worked with Ferguson to trade in our 2023 Telluride and purchased a new X-Line. We were given a fair trade-in value on our car. I saw the vehicle online. We went there, did 2 test drives of the vehicle. I love how we're able to drive without the sales person in car so we can really test the car out. Management did not seem to want to meet an unhappy customer. I returned to the dealership because the title had not been notarized. After being there about 40 minutes I left. Because of their mistake I logged about 160 miles, about 30 dollars in fuel and about three and a half hours of drive time. No apology from management. When I first looked at the used pickup it had not been serviced yet. Days later when I got it, it had not been cleaned very well. Cleaning and detail crew gets a grade of F. The man that covered the options for warrenty insurance gets a grade of D. I was not informed or did not understand that there were three options on coverage. Mark, the salesman, was good to work with. More
