This experience with Ferguson was much better than our first experience in 2019. Madelyn is obviously still learning but we felt she tried very hard and she was very responsive. There were some hiccups in first experience in 2019. Madelyn is obviously still learning but we felt she tried very hard and she was very responsive. There were some hiccups in our order and extra items, it's all resolved, but I would feel more valued as a customer if Ferguson would give more than a 'sorry that didn't work out smoothly'. Such as, offer a free oil change for the trouble/headache that was caused by a mistake on the part of the dealership or sales person. More
