We were referred to this dealership by some friends because they were impressed with the knowledge base of one of the sales associates. Our personal experience aligned with theirs. Ironically, they did because they were impressed with the knowledge base of one of the sales associates. Our personal experience aligned with theirs. Ironically, they didn’t end up buying a car from Ferguson because the inventory at the time didn’t have the car that they wanted. But, that is saying a lot for a business to gain a referral that resulted in a sale from a prospective buyer because they were impressed with the sales associate’s knowledge. More
