We were warmly greeted upon our arrival to Ferguson Kia Showroom. After getting set up with a salesman, we openly discussed what we were looking for, a Telluride, including the color of the car and the i Showroom. Since we weren't in a hurry and knew "what we wanted" we discussed the other options: a shipment coming in (car colors were not known at the time) and ordering and waiting on production. We elected to wait and see what was going to be on the the next shipment. To our good fortune, one of the cars coming was the exact Telluride we were looking for! Instead of possibly being 8-10 weeks out, we were getting our new car in just a couple of weeks. We worked with Tristan Mantovani throughout the process. CJ Jacobs, Sales Manager, checked on us each time we came into the Ferguson Kia store and made sure that we were in good hands with Tristan, which we were. Once our car arrived, the hand-off went smoothly. We talked with Evan Schjolin to discuss the many features of the Telluride. He offered to help us whenever the need might arise. We contacted him days later after taking the car home and he was very helpful in answering our questions.
