The young salesman did a good job, the issue came when the sales manager called me after I left. I was lowballed on my trade, and we were just too far apart to get a deal done. This manager told me he could help and was "sure" he could get the payment where I needed it so we could make a deal. Long story short, I got all the hard inquiries on my credit (and my score was exactly what I told them it would be) no negatives and I was approved for 0 down but with a payment they knew I did not want. This did not stop them from continuing to run it. When I asked to speak with someone else, I was told I would get a call back, ya right! There are plenty of dealerships around, I would steer clear of Fer4guson. More

Terrible service! The dealer didn’t know anything about the car we were inquiring about. He said it was new and it clearly had over 5,000 miles. He said the enclave does not have a third row seat. It does. We waited over an hour and a half to get the trade in value of our car and the price of the car we wanted to buy. Exhausted from waiting we left with neither. Marc Miller did both within 10 minutes. We have purchased 5 vehicles from Miller in the past and that’s where we will continue to do business. They are kind, respectful of your time, knowledgeable and upfront with pricing! More
