Joshua was very helpful in getting me and my husband our 2018 Honda CR-V. We were in and out in an about an hour. Joshua was very helpful and patient. Once I saw the CR-V, we put the car on hold and headed that way (about a 2 hour drive). I was fully confident it was going to be what we were looking for. And it was! Joshua also filled the gas tank and made sure the vehicle was clean and ready to go when we got there. Derrick, the Finance Manager was also super helpful and we are very appreciative. He helped us easily add the warranty and insurance that we needed. He also explained everything in detail so we know what to expect. I am so glad we found this location online! Happy with sales day. Bought a 2020 Toyota and the extra warranty plan. My contract made sure i had his number because he came with my plan. Immediate response to my call for help and their suggested plan worked. Disappointed that warranty person returned my call to my husband instead of me. I would rather have told my husband myself. Had check engine message cleared 6 times. After the third time I called and left a message for my contact again. No response. A few days later I called again and left a message. No response. After another few days I emailed. Again no response. After another few day I left a call message that I was disappointed with Ferguson’s after the sale service because I still hadn’t received any response. It was only after that call that another employee called me back and apologized for their dropping the ball. He was very nice and helpful. He told me that it wasn’t an excuse but they had been busy and explained that they had sold about 800 cars lately. I will wait until I see what happens next time, if there is a next time, before I offer a great rating. More
