I had obtained a price from Bob Moore but would have purchased locally all things being equal. I was advised by Fenton that I could not buy the car for that price and they refused to try to meet the price. I bought my 2011 Juke over the phone from Bob Moore sitting in front of Brad Fenton's dealership. In 2013 we contacted Brad Fenton about trading the 2010 Murano for a new one with some additional equipment. After an encounter that encompassed ridiculous pricing, interest rates, payments, and very unprofessional conduct by staff, we left Brad Fenton, contacted Bob Moore and bought the new Murano for hundreds less per month, thousands more for the trade-in, and an interest rate so much lower. We anticipate that the very good service department at Brad Fenton will continue the high quality service on the cars we have purchased from Bob Moore. I could never recommend trying buy a new car from Fenton. More

THEY REALLY LET YOU HAVE IT AFTER YOU BUY THE PRODUCT. THEY WONT FIX ANYTHING. IF THEY DO FIX ANYTHING THEY MESS IT UP WORSE THAN IT WAS TO BEGIN WITH. AND THEN WILL NOT RETURN YOU PHONE CALLS ABOUT THE MESS UPS. THE BOSS IS BRAD FENTON'S SISTER CINDY CARR. SHE WILL NOT DEAL WITH ANYONE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE AFRAID OF HER. I WAS TOLD BY ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES THAT IF YOU COME DOWN TO BUY A CAR ON ONE OF THEIR ADVERTISED SALES YOU ARE GOING TO GET TAKEN. THAT IS ENOUGH ABOUT THE DEALERSHIP I WOULD SAY. More
