I have had my vehicles worked on at other places and had long waiting periods and the people treated me as though they didn't even want my business. That wasn't the case with the Nissan service department. I have already made an appointment for more work to be done. More
My review is about the parts and service department. My mom and dad have 2 vehicles that they purchased at Fenton. They have only good things to say about mr Brown there salesman. I usually take there vehicles in for there oil changes and such. The 2 employees in the service department are outstanding at there job and very courteous. We will continue to keep our loyalty with Fenton. Thank you service department. You have been great. More

They didn't even have what they said on their lot after arriving. All you get is time wasted driving to and from their lot at this dealership. They did refill my fuel tank for the drive down there, and a sorry, but nothing for time wasted in the drive down and back. How can you tell their sales team exactly what your looking for as a customer, and them say they have it, then suddenly realize they don't when you get there hours later. They had my number, but didn't bother to call me, try to stop me before I got there on their lot to tell me the truth! I was suckered into their lot, and they knew the vehicle I was looking for was NOT on their lot before I got there. Also they were going to supposedly look for me one like I was looking for. Don't bother to call me back to tell me anything. I would NOT recommend this dealership for buying a vehicle, or calling about one. More

I had obtained a price from Bob Moore but would have purchased locally all things being equal. I was advised by Fenton that I could not buy the car for that price and they refused to try to meet the price. I bought my 2011 Juke over the phone from Bob Moore sitting in front of Brad Fenton's dealership. In 2013 we contacted Brad Fenton about trading the 2010 Murano for a new one with some additional equipment. After an encounter that encompassed ridiculous pricing, interest rates, payments, and very unprofessional conduct by staff, we left Brad Fenton, contacted Bob Moore and bought the new Murano for hundreds less per month, thousands more for the trade-in, and an interest rate so much lower. We anticipate that the very good service department at Brad Fenton will continue the high quality service on the cars we have purchased from Bob Moore. I could never recommend trying buy a new car from Fenton. More

THEY REALLY LET YOU HAVE IT AFTER YOU BUY THE PRODUCT. THEY WONT FIX ANYTHING. IF THEY DO FIX ANYTHING THEY MESS IT UP WORSE THAN IT WAS TO BEGIN WITH. AND THEN WILL NOT RETURN YOU PHONE CALLS ABOUT THE MESS UPS. THE BOSS IS BRAD FENTON'S SISTER CINDY CARR. SHE WILL NOT DEAL WITH ANYONE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE AFRAID OF HER. I WAS TOLD BY ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES THAT IF YOU COME DOWN TO BUY A CAR ON ONE OF THEIR ADVERTISED SALES YOU ARE GOING TO GET TAKEN. THAT IS ENOUGH ABOUT THE DEALERSHIP I WOULD SAY. More
