Feldman's was great I went in looking for a test drive and a few days later was in a new car. Chas was very knowledgeable and friendly. I decided to lease for now and I wasn't treated any different. This was my first time purchasing a new car. I am so glad I went to Feldman's. They were very accommodating. Jor was great. She got my paperwork done quickly and even threw in a few extras. 😁 I had my husband and my toddler with me and we were all very excited to drive away in the new car. Chas even put a bow on the car for us. Nice touch. Thanks Feldman's for making my first experience great. More

Best car and best experience I've ever had Just got my first Mercedes from Feldmann and worked with Jack Woodring. He was perfect all the way through the process of my investigation, purchase, delivery and follow ups. Yes, follow ups. I've never had anyone check in with me to see how things are with a new car before. Things with the new car are fantastic, I love the car. I won't spoil the surprise for perspective new buyers, but they made the day I picked up the car extra special. I recommend Jack, Feldmann and Mercedes 100%! More

Getting my GLC 2019 Chris was absolutely amazing when it came to helping my two sisters and I get our new GLCs. Fraudulent service Always get a second opinion...came in for an airbag warning...the print out claimed over $3500 in service required...needed brakes, sensors, filters, Always get a second opinion...came in for an airbag warning...the print out claimed over $3500 in service required...needed brakes, sensors, filters, vent hoses, etc...went to another shop and none of services listed where actually needed...do not trust the service department...do not trust John in the service department. Great experience buying a car Not sure how often you can say you had a great experience buying a car, but for me, this was one of them. I had an older Mercedes that needed a lot of Not sure how often you can say you had a great experience buying a car, but for me, this was one of them. I had an older Mercedes that needed a lot of work done. After working with Kelin Holmen in the Service department, he put me on touch with Matt Sack in the sales area. I wasn't sure exactly what I was going to do, but after discussing the situation with Matt on the phone, I was on track to buy a Pre-Owned Certified car from Feldmann. Matt asked the perfect, detailed questions, about what kind of car I would be interested in. I arrived at the dealship and Matt was waiting for me at the front desk. He had reviewed the inventory and said he had selected what he thought was the perfect car for me.. He couldn't have been more correct !! Matt's enthusiasm and knowledge of the details of the car convinced me this was the car for me. Feldmann's has a excellent, young sales member working for them. He did a fantastic job. Feldmann's is known for their customer service, and Matt is right at the top. More
