Feldmann has been a great dealership and I would highly recommend it for both sales and service. I have a Pathfinder (purchased at Feldmann in the year 2000) with 180,000 miles on it and their Service Depa recommend it for both sales and service. This is the 5th Mercedes I have purchased with Fedlmann. Don Havery is a tru professional that I would recommedn to any friend, relative or car prospect. He does take care of his customers. Overall a good experience. The only issue was communication could have been more timely. Tire service took longer than expected due to issues with pressure sensors, but I didn't know until waiti communication could have been more timely.
