I was driving between meetings and a brake light warning message came on the dash. He assessed the issue, which was a bad bulb. He said if I had a minute he'd take care of it, so I went to get a cup of coffee. When I came back, he was already done and informed me, it was no charge. After the sale he was very helpful in seeing that the car was delivered to me to the extent that he came in on his day off to assure it was cleaned and loaded properly.
