On the third day of our vacation, we drove our 1995 S500 into the dealership with problems that needed identifying. Sadly our car had a bigger problem than anyone thought and we visited seriously with Jonathan about buying the GL. Patrick was able to get an excellent rate for financing and we are delighted with our new vehicle. In all we spent several hours as "guests" at the dealership and enjoyed watching the Feldmann team work (in fact Joe checked on us from time to time, too). We were full of questions and whoever we asked seemed glad to help out. On the scale of 1 to 5, we give these folks a 10! More

I was driving between meetings and a brake light warning message came on the dash. I was very close to Feldmann's and thought I'd stop in and have them look at it quickly as I needed to return for afternoo message came on the dash. After the sale he was very helpful in seeing that the car was delivered to me to the extent that he came in on his day off to assure it was cleaned and loaded properly.
