Jeff Wilson was very couteous and efficient on my recent service visit. Twice he looked for me in the service waiting area to keep me informed of my service issue. The work was done promptly. The service I received from Amanda was far beyond what I would expect at any dealership. She approached me while I was waiting for service and sold me something I did not even know existed. When I returne would expect at any dealership. She approached me while I was waiting for service and sold me something I did not even know existed. When I returned, I had other issues with my car and Aimee (or Ashley - I cannot remember) in service was outstanding and took care of everything i had concerns about. I was especially impressed with the rental car they provided me, the amount of communication I received throughout the process, and the compensation I received when the job was not done as initially promised. This was truly an outstanding experience and I will definitely be returning to Feldmann Nissan for service work. More

Any company and any one can say the words "Customer Service" or even better preach through a mission statement, corporate governance that they put customers first.... For those of you that have participated in various Management Programs none has had more of an impact on me in my life then Disney's Management Training program. In true Disney form they where able establish and visualize a sense of what professionalism and the expected level of "True" customer service really is. I have adopted those principals into my business and use them as a guide in measuring other organizations in their customer service. John Pfeiffer is the true Disney experience for Feldmann Imports, he is friendly, kind, helpful in getting you and your vehicle checked in, punctual in returning calls to discuss what work needs to be done, establishes the timeline, delivers the car clean and ready to drive away. I use to take my vehicle to To Nissan in Burnsville and when John moved to Feldman I started taking my car to John's store because of the service I received from him and his service crew. When he tells me that something is going to be fixed , it is! It's to bad in the car industry there are not more people like John.
