In May of 2012, my wife Lori and I were in the market for a 2-3 yr old import and stopped in at Feldmann. We ended up buying a C class, Scott was friendly throughout the process and demonstrated great custo a 2-3 yr old import and stopped in at Feldmann. My husband and I walked into Feldmann not really planning on buying a Mercedes. Immediately we were greated by Scott, he gave us all the time we needed to decide what we wanted to do without being your typic on buying a Mercedes. First of all, my least favorite thing to do is go car shopping so when my husband took me to Mercedes Scott Babcock was the first person to introduce himself. He was easy going, and wanted to know what I shopping so when my husband took me to Mercedes Scott Babcock was the first person to introduce himself. He was easy going, and wanted to know what I wanted in a car and I told him I didn't know, so he gave me great insight into what I should have, all the bells and whistles of the 350. I was sold in less than 10 minutes and Scott said " do you want to test drive it first?" 2 years later - I'm still loving my car. Thank you Mercedes and Scott! More

Last year, when I brought my Mercedes S 500 (Designo style), year 2001, for service at Feldmann Imports, John Pfeiffer, the Service Consultant, might have pressed me to trade the car in for a spanking n style), year 2001, for service at Feldmann Imports, John Pfeiffer, the Service Consultant, might have pressed me to trade the car in for a spanking new Mercedes. Instead, he understood how much that car meant to me and helped restore the car to its original glory. My Mercedes has an especially emotional history. Before 9/11 my family didn't own a car. We lived in mid-town Manhattan where most everyone uses taxis and the subway, renting cars, when needed, on the weekend. Parking in Midtown, as you can imagine, is a nightmare and housing a car costs almost as much as renting a small apartment. But, then came 9/11, shattering the confidence of the city and terrorizing families with small children, like us. We didn't know if or when we would be hit again. In case of another attack, I wanted to be able to evacuate my family. I started reading Consumer Report to find a car that could withstand almost anything. Over and over, Mercedes came out ahead. I interviewed friends and family. Both my mother and a family in our building had been involved in head on collisions. Both were driving Mercedes and all walked away, unharmed. Armed with this information, I headed to a NYC Mercedes dealership and there, at the center of the show room, was the most beautiful car I had every seen. It was a subtle silver-gold color with a cream leather interior and mahogany trim. It was strong as a tank and handled like a gazelle. Best of all, I felt safe inside. I leased the car and later, bought out the lease. Over the years, the car became filled with memories of New York, and then, New Mexico. My son grew up in the car, which carried his toddler car seat, his hockey equipment, his friends, and now, as he learns to drive, himself in the driver's seat. My son respects the car and is thrilled to be driving it, which is very reassuring to this Mom. So, it meant a lot to me when I first brought my Mercedes to John Pfeiffer, with its 100,000 miles, and he said, "This is a beautiful car and will easily go another 100,000 at least." John arranged for a full engine overhaul and a spectacular paint job. Now, the car is filling up with memories of Minneapolis, St Paul. Since restoring my car, John Pfeiffer and Feldmann Motors have been instantly responsive to any concern. They have kept the car in beautiful running condition and the exterior, pristine. They are always available, friendly, cheerful and knowledgable. And, on top of everything else, the dealership has cookies, hot chocolate and coffee on hand. They have earned my loyalty. I can easily say that there are some great dealerships that continue to strive for perfection in their branding efforts of customer experience here in the Metro Mpls. or MN for the matter. One of the best service advisors that I have ever worked with always has a smile on his face and makes you feel like your the only one he is working with.
