I had been on the market for a vehicle for about three months before I came into Feldmann, and I bought my car that same day. I travel for work, so I highly value my time when I am home, and Scott made my purchase as painless and timely as possible. He arranged a shuttle to pick me up from MSP airport, and was accommodating to all my needs, including helping resolve the minor issues I had with the car in a very timely fashion. I am a single woman, in my mid-twenties, and had numerous bad experiences at other local dealerships while I was shopping. I often felt as though the other salesmen (at other dealerships) didn’t think I was worth their time, and I felt as though they disqualified me as a buyer before I even looked at their inventory. Other salesmen brushed me off, and didn’t want to put in the effort to help find what I was looking for. Scott did not “stereotype” me, and did not make me feel like the other salesmen did i.e. ‘where was my husband the decision maker?’ Scott worked hard to arrange for me to have the perfect car, and he absolutely had to work for me as I am very, very particular. I would recommend to any other person ready to purchase, to give Scott a call. I wish I could write two reviews, one for the dealership and one for the sales person. On the dealership: I LOVE Fledmann imports. Its a beautiful dealership with a mostly great staff. On the sales person: Last year I walked into Feldmann after looking at Mercedes and BMW's else where, but was not able to find what I was looking for. I was promptly handed over to Greg once I arrived and we sat down to go over what I was looking for. The whole conversation quickly took a turn to him talking about his own vacations, cars, experiences for the next HOUR and failed for the rest of the meeting to ever hammer down which car I was in fact looking at - I couldn't deceifer if Greg's actions were because that is just his personality or because I was a young woman and he needed to show me the 'ropes'. I ended up identifying the car I wanted and came back the next day asking to be paired with a different sales person. Once being paired with a different sales person, I was quickly able to select and purchase my first beautiful new 2012 mercedes. I have since upgraded to the 2013 C-Class, which was also purchased at Feldmann & love it! More

Impressive to say the least. I was there to look at an 09 Jeep Liberty. You would have thought I was there to look at the most expensive car on the lot! I set up an appointment to drive the Jeep and when I arrived, it was freshly washed and clean, It was indoors in a well lit area, making it easy to look over. Scott was working with another couple when I arrived and he was able to provide service to the extent that had I not visually seen the other couple, I would have never known. Besides the extras that this dealership offers, their staff as a whole is really friendly. I would recommend Scott to anyone I know looking for a vehicle (I actually already have). The day I went to pick up my new to me Jeep, he volunteered to be there, on his day off. That is great service. More
