I had a totally amazing experience at the leadership. I went to check what is new in 2013 and at the end left my current vehicle in the lot and drove away with a new 2013 E350. I purchased the E350 I would say Scott was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him and this dealership. I am really happy with the car and look forward to doing more business with Scott and the dealership including all my service needs. My wife was really impressed with Scott, she does not noramally come to dealerships when I look at vehicles, that was huge ! More
I have purchased many cars in the past and I can't remember a more pleasant experience. Their wasn't any waiting around for things to get done that I have experienced in the past. I gave Scott a 5, and here is why. I wasn’t interested in an aggressive sales pitch, and Scott could tell. One thing I really appreciated is the fact I’m 27, and most dealers in this category don’t think I’m an actual buyer... that set Scott up for success in my book. He was also very knowledgeable about the product, and did a great job putting together an offer that was very intriguing, and went to battle for me on what I needed to make it work. His follow up was great, and ended up winning my business. Since the purchase, I've had multiple follow up's which I have appreciated. I'll definitely give Scott another chance on my next purchase, and would recommend him to anyone looking at a Mercedes! More

We first met Scott Babcock when we stopped in the dealership just looking at the inventory. We were looking for an SL at that time and none were immediately available. Months passed and we assumed that he had forgotten us. Surprisingly one day we got a call from Scott indicating they had one in stock and we drove 3 hours to take a look. After arrival and looking at the vehicle he called us about we decided it was not what we were looking for; however, he showed us a CLS that we both liked and we ended up purchasing it. This is our second purchase from Feldmans and Scott and the rest of their staff are first rate. More
