John was extremely helpful when I brought my second Mercedes the first time; just to replace a headlight. I bought the car somewhere else (it was used and Feldmann didn't have the year and model I wan Mercedes the first time; just to replace a headlight. The light was fixed and the car was washed for me in fifteen minutes. And the price was excellent! (I was expecting something expensive.) He pointed me to the customer service area while I waited where I got a free shoeshine too. They know how to treat you right at Feldmann and John's a leader in their customer service. More

Their follow up is horrible. Although they have a wonderful service department that goes well above and beyond the call of duty the sales dept. shoud take lessons from them. Not only wouldn't they listen to what we wanted there was no follow up. I recently took my car in to check on some warnings, about tire pressure, that had come on during cold weather. I was glad to see that John Pfeiffer was working that day and he stated that those type o about tire pressure, that had come on during cold weather. I was glad to see that John Pfeiffer was working that day and he stated that those type of notices come on during cold spells and are not big problems. He assured me that they would check the tires and make sure that the proper amount of air was in each. Thank goodness that I went in, because when the right front tire was checked, it was found to have a bulge in the side of the tire. I was told that it was probably caused from a pothole and the only thing that could be done was to purchase a new tire. Even though I really did not want to purchase a new tire(the old one only had aroud 12,000 miles)I am grateful that the problem was found. I drive a Mercedes primarily for the safety and John and the service guys saved me from a possible dangerous blowout or being stopped on the side of the road in sub zero temperatures. As always, John offered to have my car washed after the service. I know that is a little thing to some people, but I love that service. No matter what I have ever stopped by to have checked on the car or even to ask about, John has offered to have the car washed. Many thanks, K. Loeffler More

When last minute problems developed (solely from the manufacturer, nothing to do with the dealer), they immediately took respon pleased as could be.
