I first met Cory when I was a new widow a couple of years ago. Never having to bring a car into the dealer before, he was very understanding and helpful. Cory was very attentive and explained the mechanical issues my vehicle was having clearly and concisely. Service was prompt and attentive, including follow-up phone calls. Greg Clark is best in class assuming you simply want someone to serve you, follow up in a timely manner and do what they say are going to do. I brought my Smart car in for its annual checkup and was so happy to have Cory assigned to help me. To begin, he thoroughly discussed the reason for my visit and what concerns I had. He showed me around the dealership and the amenities they offer to their clients. As the morning progressed he came to the waiting room a couple times to let me know what was happening and how much longer it would be. Finally, when the car was ready he went through the items in Baby's checkup and asked if I had any more questions. I also asked a number of questions about the possible purchase of a Mercedes and its subsequent service because we live 725 miles away. All questions were answered to my satisfaction and I was thoroughly pleased with the entire visit. There were also others there who stopped by and asked if there was anything I needed during the time I was waiting. A very pleasant morning!!! More
