I brought my Smart car in for its annual checkup and was so happy to have Cory assigned to help me. To begin, he thoroughly discussed the reason for my visit and what concerns I had. As the morning progressed he came to the waiting room a couple times to let me know what was happening and how much longer it would be. Finally, when the car was ready he went through the items in Baby's checkup and asked if I had any more questions. I also asked a number of questions about the possible purchase of a Mercedes and its subsequent service because we live 725 miles away. All questions were answered to my satisfaction and I was thoroughly pleased with the entire visit. There were also others there who stopped by and asked if there was anything I needed during the time I was waiting. A very pleasant morning!!! More
