My wife and I were looking for a C-Class 4Matic for her winter vehicle. They were willing to make us a GREAT deal (beating other offers that I had received from other dealers). Our salesperson (Alex) sugge winter vehicle. They were willing to make us a GREAT deal (beating other offers that I had received from other dealers). Our salesperson (Alex) suggested that we also drive an Audi S4 which was just traded in for an E63 as a better "bang for our buck". Since we drive a Porsche Cayenne GTS, he thought that it also might be a better fit. Since my wife liked Alex better than the other salespeople at the other MB dealers, I figured "what the heck"... To my surprise, my wife LOVED the car even though the exterior and interior was the total opposite of what she was looking for in the MB - black/black vs. white/tan - which she wouldn't budge off of on the MB. I was very pleased with the way my wife was treated. Rather than having to intervene to protect her from being "sold", I just sat back and observed her being treated the way in which I would want her to be treated; with respect and very professionally. We took a couple of days to do our research and called Alex back to see what kind of deal they were willing to make. I even called a friend of mine who is a GM at an Audi dealership in SoCal who confirmed that they were offering a good deal. Alex and Aaron (the used car manager) were willing to complete the transaction over the phone with minimal haggling (mostly on my part as I HAVE to work the deal :)) which I greatly appreciated. We went in the next day to pick up the car. Troy Keller, the finance manger, was very direct and up front on what we should add on as additional items and his bottom-line price. He did a great job educating w/out "selling". My wife was very comfortable. The car came with a set of winter wheels and tires which Alex had arranged to swapped out before we picked up the car. While driving the car home, we noticed that it was making a horrible noise which definitely wasn't there when we drove it the other day. We had it looked at the next day by our mechanic and, as it turned out, the tires were bad. I immediately called Aaron (as Alex was off). He listened to my concern, immediately looked into the matter, and with 5 minutes he called me back with arrangements for me to put brand new tires on for us. My mechanic was shocked that they didn't charge us a dime! I went in that afternoon and drove away in only 30 minutes. Needless to say, I am a true fan of these guys! REGARDLESS of the make of vehicle I buy next, they will be my first call....KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!!!!!! Sincerely, Greg White More

in my opinion this dealership over promised under delivered.in my own opinion is the worse experience i ever had regarding my trades and my lease for the last 25 years of driving ,im not happy and delivered.in my own opinion is the worse experience i ever had regarding my trades and my lease for the last 25 years of driving ,im not happy and im not satisfied with my lease deal, the c 300 is to small for the needs of my family espacially with car seats ,not a practical car and i think its over priced for what we get. we und up in a huge negative equity and in the hole for next 48 months. i we are going to maple wood mercedes because they willing to deliver better customer service and better deal and find our needs .
