Great dealer I go to Feldmann and their maintenance department is great. But I've got to tell this story about Don Harvey. I had been to another Mercedes dealer I go to Feldmann and their maintenance department is great. But I've got to tell this story about Don Harvey. I had been to another Mercedes dealer and found the car I wanted, but I felt like the trade in price they offered was low, and the monthly for a 72 month loan was higher than I had wanted. I had not signed any paperwork, so I talked to Don. I told him that the deal I was offered was 640 a month, and if he could beat that by $20, the deal was his. He showed me the car I wanted, with the features I wanted--it had one extra little feature--courtesy light, but it was exactly right. An hour later, he told me he could get me a monthly payment of 618. sold. But then Don said he had another idea. Twenty minutes later I was signing on a loan payment of $595. same term, better deal. He found some incentive through my insurance company. The point is, he had the car sold at 618, and I told him so, but then Don really went the extra mile for me, and that's no small thing. Unbelievable? But true. More

Memorable Holiday I recently relocated out of state but have done business with the dealership for a number of years. All Angel had to say was "take it for a couple of days". The drive was fantastic, interior perfect no blemishes, the car look great. Because my car was out of state they trucked the car to me picked up my trade in and the deal was done.
