John Pfeiffer! I was bringing my car to Sears Imports and the service was okay, so I went to Feldmann and there service was great! John Pfeiffer was my advisor and h I was bringing my car to Sears Imports and the service was okay, so I went to Feldmann and there service was great! John Pfeiffer was my advisor and he had walked through everything i had done to my car with me. He also got me into a rental car that day! He was super approachable and made me feel like I wasn't just there to get my work done. I will bring my C300 to Feldmann every time now! I definitely recommend Feldmann to anyone who wants to have there Mercedes serviced and tell them to see John Pfeiffer! More

Great experience in finding the right vehicle. I was shopping for a new vehicle and I visited multiple dealerships including Audi, BMW, and Lexus. My Feldmann visit set the bar high for what I was I was shopping for a new vehicle and I visited multiple dealerships including Audi, BMW, and Lexus. My Feldmann visit set the bar high for what I was expecting from a dealership. I came in to potentially purchase my first Mercedes vehicle. The atmosphere was very friendly and the staff was eager to assist (or direct to where I could find assistance). Although unsure which vehicle was right, the sales consultant, James Raymond, diligently guided me in clearly defining my needs and choosing the right vehicle. James was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and described them very eloquently. More importantly, he was curious to finding the "right" vehicle (based on my needs and finances). I communicated with James via text and email for a weeks during which he continuously showed his commitment in meeting my needs without being pushy at all. James ended up with a line up of about six vehicles meeting my needs for me to choose from and assisted until i made my choice. Jerry and Sam assisted in the purchase and help make this process as pleasant and possible. Great experience due to James and the entire Feldmann Team! More

To: Mike Popp. My expectations when negotiating a vehicle purchase are quite modest. Work with a professional organization that has integrity and treats me with respect. You were arrogant when I walked in for a scheduled appointment with you, passing me off to one of your underlings. You did this because you didn't want to do the work of helping me find a car. You then sat behind the desk socializing with your colleagues while I wasted my time sitting in a vehicle with your sales associate, who btw, knew nothing about your inventory or what I explicitly discussed with Zach on the phone. Zach gave this information to you, you ignored it and blew me off. And just to get all the facts on the table, I told Zach (internet phone sales) I'd like to be ~$32-33k, which he said was a range you could work with whether buying a car from your inventory or at Mercedes auction where you could buy me a car that best suited my needs. That's why I came in, not to waste my time with someone that takes notes and walks them back and forth to you. Please, I've been around the block more than once to play that game. And let me guess, the buying from auction was simply a tactic to get me in the door, right? Not a very honest practice. I spoke with Zach yesterday morning and he confirmed giving you all my specifics, twice on Monday and again yesterday. I hadn't heard back from anyone at Feldman since my visit Monday. Hopefully we're now clear on all the facts. I've been a Feldman customer the past six years and like my current leased '14 E350. That is why I came in to buy one, but you've left me with a bad taste about Feldman and I think anyone considering Feldman would want to know how prospective customers are now treated - I wish I was. So I'll let you decide if and how you would like to rectify the situation. If I don't hear back from you today, I'll assume we're done. More
