He gladly took the car back and had it buffed and waxed. No questions asked. Honesty and trustworthy usually don’t best describe a car salesman but Scott definitely is all of those and goes the extra mile for customer service. When we’re in the market for a new car I always see what Feldmann has in stock first, even if its not for a MB. More

Unlike the BMW dealers in the area, John and Feldmann are trustworthy, value my money and give me the best possible options and strategies for maintaining or troubleshooting my vehicle. There aren't many occasions when I can rate a dealership as high as this, but over the past 5 or 6 years, I have really grown to both respect and enjoy the people at Feldmann Imports, especially John.
