Most recently with our preowned E350, Scott went out of his way to make sure we were absolutely satisfied with the car… minor scratches on the car? He gladly took the car back and had it buffed and waxed. No questions asked. Honesty and trustworthy usually don’t best describe a car salesman but Scott definitely is all of those and goes the extra mile for customer service. When we’re in the market for a new car I always see what Feldmann has in stock first, even if its not for a MB. More
