I will admit I am not the easiest to work with but the team is always polite and hold true to their word. I will not go into detail but I would hands down purchase another vehicle from them just because of the service they provide. Detail below: #1 When I purchased there was a bad ding on the front fender. It was promised they would look over and correct any issues but the placement of this big ding was definitely going to be expensive. Of course when the sale completed and I came to pick up the vehicle the ding was there. The service department contacted finance and sales to resolve and they held true and didn't argue. FYI - GREG CLARK is the gentleman to purchase from. #2 I have brought the vehicle for maintenance multiple times 3/4 times. With every visit and inspection they never fail to point out dings or dents they plan to fix. They have done this with every visit and there is no charge. I would totally get this package again in the future. (yes I beat up my car albeit a little much) #3 Part of my package was the 3m seating protection. The car is less than 3 years old and I found tears in the front drivers seat. When I took it in to my friend in service (Jeff usually takes care of me), we found the tear was in the seam. He called 3m and they advised it was not covered under the warranty. Obviously I am a little upset but Jeff asked some time and escalated to Kim in Finance. Both Kim and Jeff were very professional. Even though my claim was denied they did not like the outcome and offered to pay for this out of pocket. I have had many vehcles in my lifetime and never have experienced this level of good service. Although the 3m product warranty is crap and not worth it and not recommended, I still give the Feldman team A++. Please note that when servicing at a dealer the price is higher than other shops however, the quality of the work is what brought me to Feldman and my experience so far is just that... quality. More

Cory and team have kept our vehicles running in top condition throughout the years. We have been buying from Greg for well over 9 years. Service was timely and my time with Greg is always a joy. More

My goal was to get a GLE 350 or Audi Q7 by the end of December. Talked to Boris at the dealer and he let me sit in the car, he drove the car and did a demo for me to show the features and capabilities of the vehicle. I liked the car, and more importantly, Boris' friendliness and courteousness gave me such a impression that he is the one I like to work with, so I made a decision to buy the car on the spot. Jerry did the financial paperwork with me. It was a all-smiley process. I drove the car home just in 2 hours after I got to the dealer. It was a very pleasant experience. More

I was originally drawn in by the advertisement on the website for leasing offers on previous service C300s and CLA250s. Tom found the C300 I was interested in on the lot and a new CLA250 and allowed me to check out both vehicles and take a real test drive (not just a short 10 minutes on city streets around the area) in each to know what I would be getting with each vehicle. That and the product knowledge Tom showed with both cars while I was looking at them and test driving, along with knowledge of the entire Mercedes brand is what really sold me on a Mercedes versus other cars I had been looking at. Going through finance with Sam was quick and easy, I knew what I was getting into and what I wanted and she answered any questions I had on my lease contract. I would easily recommend Tom and Feldmann Imports to anyone looking for a Mercedes. More

People and relationships are as much a part of their business as cars! We worked with several individuals due to the circumstances of our purchase. Jenna was patient and positive while assisting us with unforseen aspects of our trade in vehicle. We were in a position of having to make major mechanical repairs to a vehicle system known to be problematic. We had not purchased at Feldmanns initially but, trusted the service people greatly. Ryan advised us it was possible to cancel the extended warranty for a refund as it did not cover the needed repairs.--again, not a purchase made at Feldmanns (mistake!). Ryan was very accommodating while sorting out the details of the situation. His communication was frequent and relevant. Ultimately, we decided to get out of the vehicle because of the known maintenance issues. Boris Perelman identified a newer vehicle with very low miles and worked to make the pieces fit in a truly feasible way. He is very knowledgeable and professional, all the while showing a warmness not always present in typical sales relationships! He safely yet effectively coached me through a demonstration of the vehicle's (ML350) handling capabilities. Jerry in finance was thorough and detailed. He took the conversation straight to the point with the bank to identify the maximum financing amounts and ratios. This allowed us to roll negative equity and still maintain a managable monthly payment. The paperwork was explained in a meaningful and efficient way. The signing process was simple and enjoyable. Finally, the detail technicians made the vehicle look new, off the showroom floor! It absolutely sparkled inside and out. This, by far, has been my best car buying experience. Feldmann Imports has more than earned my repeated business! Thank you to all the Feldmann staff and to Joe for your "tone at the top" it shows in every employee! More
