What we got was much more than just the best price. We found a dealership that value's quality and giving their customers the best, most professional experience possible. We already knew we had pricing terms that not all dealers could meet. But Feldmann did. When I called Feldmann we were matched up with Boris Perelman, That's where we began to get more than just a great price. Boris did a great job of listening to our questions, and leading us through the explanation of the car. He was extremely professional, organized, straight-forward, and served and provided us with a great deal of confidence in his knowledge, but also the emphasis the dealership places on quality. If fact, everyone we talked to at the dealership, even employees that weren't working with us, provided us with that same level of confidence. Just the dealership itself is impressive, and provided a good contrast to others we've seen. It's a very well-done environment, spotless right down to the service bay, and built with customer convenience in mind. We have received follow-up communications to make sure we were taken care of well, even from Joe Feldmann himself. And yes it did come from him, because he had read and remembered our response when we happened to meet him at the dealership a couple of days later. Nice to know we're doing business with a locally owned/family owned I really do look forward to working with everyone at Feldmann going forward.
