The only complaint I have is that the sales manager tried too hard to sell me additional insurances. I told him that I was not interested but he kept on pushing the matter especially with the gap coverage. T too hard to sell me additional insurances. Then he instructed the dealer I was working with to try and get me to purchase the insurance after I had repeatedly told him no. I know that there is some kind of compensation/reward/award for selling these addtional coverages but when I say no the first time I mean no. This needs to change.
