Bait and Switch Nick Rowe is the worst salesperson to ever grace the field of sales. He is an expert at wasting customer time, great at blaming others, and perfect at Nick Rowe is the worst salesperson to ever grace the field of sales. He is an expert at wasting customer time, great at blaming others, and perfect at not getting the job done. If you want a sales person who will quote you numbers, confirm said numbers, check again, and confirm once more that they are in fact correct, you can count on Nick to come back in the end after running your credit check and inform you that his manager made a mistake (not him of course) and that you can't get the less than mediocre deal you were settling on in the first place. Great way to waste some time sitting in traffic to get to I75, perfect time to stop by the bank and withdraw the cash you need as a down payment (because they can't accept checks over a certain amount), and great opportunity to rack up some more miles on the current lease you have that has almost toppled it's limit of miles which is why you were there to begin with! Absolutely appalled at the way this dealership allows their salespeople (or person based on our experience) to conduct business. We should have learned our lesson the first time when we set up an appointment to close on our vehicle purchased a year and a half ago and it took them 4 hours to get the paperwork ready for us to sign (and correct their errors). Will never be fooled again, DON'T TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO AL DEEBY DODGE! More
