Thank you so much for answering all of my questions honestly, and making the process simple and painless. I'm happy with the car I purchased, and I'm not freaking out about the purchase price. That's a pretty ideal situation when it comes to buying a new car, and it's all thanks to you. You can be sure that if any of my friends are looking to buy a new car in the future, I'll be sending them to Al Deeby Dodge and telling them to ask for Tim Turner. More
Bait and Switch In august 2017 I was working with this dealership on a Chrysler 300S lease and we established a price and all the details. They ran my credit and everything by this point where I was approved. On the day I am signing for the product I was told I need insurance, the Chrysler employee code and other stuff to finalize which I had done what needed to be done to get. I bought my insurance (which I do 6 months at a time on) and gave them the information to finalize the deal. Then out of no where they tell me that they messed up on the pricing by giving me a rebate for a lease turn in that is $1500 when they knew I had no lease to turn in, they knew this because I told them I will need a plate as I had no plate to transfer. The price went up $55 a month from this and they refused to honor the deal after I BOUGHT INSURANCE for a car I don't own yet but needed to have before final signing. So now I have to deal with cancelling 6 months of insurance with my insurance company and deal with that headache because they wouldnt honor our deal. Don't bother shopping from here, they don't honor the deals when the customer comes prepared. Business tactics like this give sales people a bad name, shame on you for treating a client this way. FIRST OF ALL, AS PROMISED MEANS NOTHING TO GEORGE OR ANY OF HIS EMPLOYEES, DONT WAIT ON THEM TO CALL YOU EITHER BECAUSE THEY DONT. CAR IS A QUICK FIX, WILL BE DONE LATER TODAY... NOTHING.... USED CAR BUYER BEWARE!!! I'm putting this out there so maybe I can help prevent someone else from having the same thing happen to them...I recently purchased a vehicle from he I'm putting this out there so maybe I can help prevent someone else from having the same thing happen to them...I recently purchased a vehicle from here, big mistake. After getting the run around from the salesman about when the vehicle would be ready and scheduling time off of work and making arrangements to make the 3 hour drive up there, I finally went up on a Friday to get it. Unfortunately the vehicle was moved to a corner of the lot so the touch up guy could work on it. I say unfortunately because at that point the vehicle was already warm so therefore I could not witness a cold start and had to take them for their word that this was a "great" truck. Another big mistake. I say that because I drove it home that day, parked it, washed and waxed it since they didn't (even though I was told it was being detailed that Monday) and there it sat for the night and through the weekend until Monday morning. Then, that morning I jump in my new truck happy as can be ready to head to work, I start the truck COLD and imagine that, all kinds of noise coming out of the engine. So, I call the salesman who says he'll talk to the used car manager. I get a call back from him and he says go get a second opinion....really? Then I finally hear from the manager and I get every excuse in the book some of which were absolutely absurd and embarrassing if you ask me. I've been around cars my whole life. I know an engine isn't supposed to do this and being told it's "normal " is just ridiculous. But I guess the " great deal on an extended warranty " I was offered should make everything ok, right? In the end, I was told they would not do anything for me. They won't fix it or take the vehicle back. I asked to speak with the owner because I wanted him to tell me personally that he was not going to stand behind the vehicle he sold me and that maybe just maybe their mechanic didn't catch it when it was being serviced. After all, they wouldn't knowingly sell a vehicle with a bad engine right? But, Everyone I spoke to including the general manager told me NO. So now I'm committed to a vehicle with a bad engine for 6 years....great....thanks guys. Hope this helps someone thinking of buying from here. And now after all that, I find out at the title bureau the dealership didn't include a very important form with my paperwork which is keeping me from titling the vehicle in my name and getting plates. I spoke with the salesman while I was at the title bureau and was told they couldn't get it right away and I'd have to wait. Never got a call back like I was told I would so It took a voicemail with the general manager the following day to get the document faxed. More

You wait over an hour for a simple oil change and on a recent (my LAST) visit I told them I had to leave by a certain time. An hour and 20 minutes later I go to the service desk to see if my car was ready and it was still sitting there! Hadn't been touched. Management shows a complete disregard for their customers time and clearly aren't concerned with repeat business. I purchased 2 cars there but will take my business elsewhere from now on. More

WHy even go here Was looking to get a new Grand Cherokee- Have gone here numerous times for service Service was average- many times car not ready when promised and h Was looking to get a new Grand Cherokee- Have gone here numerous times for service Service was average- many times car not ready when promised and has taken a couple trips to fix same issue. The sales guy didn't know what packages the option I wanted was in . The Price on the new vehicle was more than the same vehicle at other dealerships The offer on my used vehicle was LESS (by $500) than the other deanships They have signs up they beat all deals - So if you call them out on the pricing they will meet it - but is this really taking care of the customer - higher price and come down later. Not really reflective of the sign on the al deeby wall - "exceeds expectation". Bottom line -You would be better served by going to a dealership that take care of you and gives you the best effort upfront. Needless to say I got a super deal elsewhere. More
