Once the car was purchased, we were somewhat disappointed in the worn-out wiper blades. One would think this, as a safety feature, would have been taken care of during the certification process on the used vehicle. Then two months later the battery went bad and had to be replaced. Overall, it's a very nice car for the price. The two "5" ratings above are regarding Heather only. The rest of the items apply to the dealership experience in general. More
