Looked for a new vehicle via my bank's website. It showed a few 2022 Chevy Trax in stock. Through my bank's website, I requested a test drive. I received some texts and emails from their sales staf It showed a few 2022 Chevy Trax in stock. Through my bank's website, I requested a test drive. I received some texts and emails from their sales staff and I set up a date (December 30, 2022) to go to the dealership. When I got there at the scheduled time, a sales associate sat down with me and immediately began giving me options for used cars they had and the possibility of a new Equinox. I asked about the 2022 Chevy Trax and the sales associate informed me that they DIDN'T have them in stock and the vehicles were "a month away". It was a complete waste of time. Out of all the texts and emails I got, no one at the dealership informed me that their online information was incorrect. If information online was inaccurate, that would be understandable. However, it was completely unprofessional to set up a test drive FOR AN UNAVAILABLE VEHICLE. This all smelled like a "dirty car salesman" scenario and left a very bad taste in my mouth. Dishonesty is the worst policy. I recommend this dealership. Feldman Chevrolet can't be trusted. More
Brought in my brand new Silverado for it's first oil change and inspection. I made an appointment and requested no car wash. The service advisor Eric verbally confirmed this upon arrival and then procee change and inspection. I made an appointment and requested no car wash. The service advisor Eric verbally confirmed this upon arrival and then proceeded to wash my car anyway. Now my new truck has swirls on it and I am not happy. If they can't follow basic instructions, how can you trust them to take care of your vehicle when you have a serious issue? I am never coming back here again and recommend anyone else to find a different place to service your vehicle. More

Worst dealership experience in my life. I placed order for 2 vehicles. Sales guy didn't demonstrate professionalism. He got very upset and threatened to report me(Not sure to who) when I told him that I found vehicles I wanted at other dealerships readily available. That's like telling customer to buy only at Walmart not Meijer or Target. These types of sales people ruin car buying/ordering process. Now he wouldn't return my calls to tell me about procedure to get deposit back. Sales guy's name Jacob Daniel. Do not deal with him unless you like being yelled and threatened. More
It feels like this dealership pulled a classic bait and switch on me. I found a specific new car that I wanted at this dealership and called them and found out it was available. So a day or two later I make the hour drive out there but confirmed with the salesman that it was available right before I left and she said it was. The car was in transit and I needed to make a deposit and have my trade in evaluated. So I show up and she starts asking me if I’d be interested in other colors and I asked her if something happened to the car I wanted. She eventually admits that it was sold and keeps showing me similar cars and I said no to all of them. I wanted the car that I drove out here for and was told twice that it was available. She then tells me to hold on and goes to make some calls or something and after a little bit she comes and tells me that she was able to get the customer with a deposit on the car I wanted to switch to a different colored one. I made my deposit and left. Fast forward two weeks and I get the call that my car came in. Right away I notice that the vin number is different and it turns out that I somehow wound up getting one of the similar cars that I said I didn’t want. I’m out of options at this point so I go to check it out and this dealership did a terrible job prepping this car. She sent me a picture of it being washed and in the picture you can see the ground is dry around the car and they’re handwashing it. They didn’t even spray the car down before they starting scrubbing it. The paint and plastic are full of scratches. The dealer also installed black bowties and they left the adhesive on the car and put the rear one over it. The trim around the front emblem is gouged too. I didn’t buy the car because of this, but now the 2023 model year no longer comes in the color I want, is more expensive and will take months to arrive. My trade in will likely be worth less by then too. I also wasted a lot of my time and has money driving out there and back twice and even used my vacation days to do so. This was by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had. More

It started as just another routine day of taking my son's car in for an oil change (he's a night shift EMT & can't commit to appointments that are usually at least 2 weeks out). Ahead of the appointment, I get an email from "Akilah Love" asking if I was looking to upgrade & saying they were "OVER paying" for early lease returns. The lease wasn't up for another 10 months so I figured there was "no way anything could happen." I suppose because I was bored, I went ahead & replied that I'd be willing to discuss options if the price was right. After the oil change (which went quicker than usual), I wandered into the showroom & met with Dan Provenzola. After his initial offer (which I politely rejected), he says "tell me what you need" in terms of monthly payments, down payments, & lease terms. I gave him my target and...he said OK! I really couldn't believe it & was not expecting to walk out of a service call with a new car! Kudos to team "Dan Provenzola, Vera Shabi & Ethan Murray" who collectively made the impossible POSSIBLE!
