I had an 11:30 Am appointment , to get a brand new key fob. When I got there, I was told it wasn’t in, and to come back at 1pm. Which I did? Once I got there, I was told it wasn’t there yet, and to come b fob. When I got there, I was told it wasn’t in, and to come back at 1pm. Which I did? Once I got there, I was told it wasn’t there yet, and to come back at 3:30om? I just waited in the lobby at that point. To make matters worse, I had a $40 off coupon for services and labor. The person who took care of me, didn’t apply the coupon . I got a discount on the labor, but I should have anyways? They only took a half hour to do it? I should have been discounted anyways? I felt I should have had the coupon applied as well? So, I’m Out $40.. More
