The service department refused to repair what was wrong with my truck but wanted to replace a perfectly operational heater core. I even explained the the service manager that I had information from the lea with my truck but wanted to replace a perfectly operational heater core. I even explained the the service manager that I had information from the lead development engineer on the Colorado that disputed the incorrect diagnosis. But apparently that means nothing to him. Way to go Joe. More
I was advised my vehicle’s battery needed to be replaced because it wouldn’t take a charge. My alternator also needed to be replaced as well as the serpentine belt, which I was told was hanging by a thread. because it wouldn’t take a charge. I picked up my vehicle and replaced the only thing that was wrong with the vehicle (alternator) less than $300. The battery was able to take a charge and had no problem maintaining voltage, which is the opposite of what the service department advised. The serpentine belt was inspected and didn’t have a single crack in the belt, once again the opposite of what your service department reported. Feldman’s is very dishonest and I would not recommend them in the future. More
