I felt like customer service is not a priority there. I was told I would be called when my part came in but the representative never called me back. And he forgot to give me my free car wash on my oil change the first time I came. So those two experiences made me feel like I wanted to go back to the Novi location where I felt I received better customer service. More

Everything was great. My only suggestion is to not have sports on the TV in the waiting room. When I was there there were three people working while waiting and the loud TV was irritating. I called to make sure a replacement mirror for my car was in stock before making a service appointment, which they said it was. I then arrived for my appointment later in the week at 8:30 and left the car. in stock before making a service appointment, which they said it was. I took a day off work to bring the car in and never did get the repair done. Terrible experience that could have been prevented. Very disappointed in the service and parts department. More
