I had my first oil change and tire rotation done. I made the appointment online which was very easy and was able to get the appointment the next day. We waited patiently after buying our vehicle right before the covid shut down for the paint in our new vehicle to be corrected. We were told for over three months that there was never a loaner car. Once we drove to the dealership to drop our vehicle off ( 45 min drive) only to discover they gave the loaner to someone else. Then when we finally got a loaner car we had to call repeatedly to find out when our vehicle was finished. I was told the next day for several days in a row. Once they were “ polishing it up” and it would be ready the next day. Three or four days later I was finally called to pick it up. It obviously had been sitting for awhile because it was dirty. Then, we were told the people we return the loaner car to were gone but they still took the car back. Two- three days later we called to inquire about the deposit being refunded, to be told that it takes 48 hours to show up and it depends on our bank and that once it’s away from Feldman it’s out of their hands. We had to call back again to be told the same thing. Finally we were transferred to the actual person in the loaner car area and she told us that she shows us still having the loaner car out! She was apologetic and nice- thankfully. Lastly, we notice a white film on the passenger side mirror and had to bring it back and the serviceman ( very helpful) told us he would order one and we would be contacted when it is in. Still no word two weeks afterward. Guess we will be calling again. Not at all satisfied with the our entire service experience. More
